Does your home have a private well? Homeowners in the Nooksack Watershed area may need to file a court claim to maintain water-use rights. Attend a free in-person workshop to learn more. We’ll walk you through the process for filling out your court claim form step-by-step.

This is one of three workshops we're hosting this fall. Choose the one that best matches your water use in WRIA 1. When you register, we’ll ask you questions about your water use to make sure you’re in the correct group and we'll provide specific meeting location information.

All workshops will be 5:30 – 7:00 p.m. Pre-registration is required. Translation available upon request.
