Chapter 173-446B WAC – Climate Commitment Act Funds Reporting

We have proposed a new rule Chapter 173-446B WAC, Climate Commitment Act Funds Reporting. The rule will establish reporting requirements for recipients of funding from the Climate Commitment Act accounts, so we can complete annual reports to the Legislature, as required by the Climate Commitment Act (RCW 70A.65.300).

This proposed rule:

  • Defines what information recipients must report to Ecology.
  • Sets requirements for recipients to report on the quantity of greenhouse gas emissions reductions that are expected to result from their funded projects.
